The Zovar Fine Art gallery comes to life with Ray’s sculptures, paintings, mosaic furniture, and giclées. His use of color and light creates an upbeat and engaging atmosphere, most clearly apparent in his current luminous sculptures. Ray’s studio is in the rear of the gallery, so you can see not only his completed work but also what’s currently in progress.

Ray uses the number 3 energy composition—in triptychs, elements, imagery—to create the sense of balance we all strive for; to symbolize imagination, inspiration, optimism, dynamism; and to express the personal “collective”: that intimate circle of the other people in our lives.

The gallery and studio are located in the small and velkommen-ing City of Stoughton, in the Arts & Entertainment district of the beautifully restored historic downtown. Stoughton is rapidly becoming an artist enclave—from the galleries and studios to performance and other artist spaces throughout the city. Today, Stoughton is best known for its Norwegian heritage and the spectacular Stoughton Opera House.
